Our client requested “contemporary with a difference.” We were more than happy to oblige. We designed this single storey, 2400 square foot home with 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a single car garage. Our client also insisted on a property that possessed immense curbside appeal from design to color palette. A double height entryway displaying a chandelier framed in a picture window completed the overall charm of the property.
