The Cove at Black Garden

The Cove is certainly one of our more ambitious projects. Our client envisioned an Ultra Modern design for what he deemed a luxurious/ high end community. The community will feature an onsite restaurant, tennis courts, a pond, a private beach and 11 villas in total. Each villa owner will also have access to private cabanas on the beach. The design had to mirror both the client’s wishes and fit a unique design aesthetic unlike any other property in the immediate region of the Caribbean.

Our first model is one of the designs that will be available upon completion of the project. This particular design is three stories. It features 4 bedroom suites and a separate guest suite on the lower level. The pathway leading to the entrance sees guests walking over a reflecting pool giving the illusion that they are walking on water. Upon entering the villa, the stunning waterfall feature welcomes you to the interior, which includes a large chef’s kitchen; open dining and living areas, an executive office, a gym and a movie theatre. A unique identifying canopy extends from the living room and hovers over the pool deck.

The villa is perched on a bluff on Anguilla’s northern coast overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Our design for the outdoor space takes advantage of the gorgeous views. We included a large infinity pool, a kiddy pool. The swimming pools themselves have water features. To complete the pool deck area, we included a cabana with 2 day beds, fire pits, a large bar and grill and separate lounge area.
